July Breathwork and Sound Bath Meditation

​Join me this month as we discuss the beauty of surrender and letting go. The session will include guided breathwork practices, a guided meditation and a relaxing sound bath. No experience needed! Please come dressed in comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat or a foam pad to lie on, a pillow(s), a blanket(s) and water!
