Ulrik Hansen is the Co-founder and President of Encord (YC W21). He has been coding since he was 14. He started his career in the emerging market rates and FX team at JP Morgan. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Imperial College London.
Amanda Hua is the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Anywhere. A seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups, Amanda has led the transformation of a legacy platform into a modern, event-driven microservices architecture that enables continuous innovation and AI-driven workflows. Her career spans key roles at Apple, PayPal, Rivian, Ripple, DirecTV, and HP, delivering scalable solutions in eCommerce, payments, cloud, blockchain, and more.

Tom Nakata is the Co-founder and CEO of Qlay. He previously worked as a consultant at McKinsey, building organizational and marketing strategies for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. Tom received his B.A. in Statistics from Harvard College.
