What to Expect

5KM easy pace, social run, we don't leave anyone behind!

We'll start off with a bit of warm up at 9AM, and then leave by 9:15AM, followed by a quick stretch.

Group photo before we leave, and maybe at a scenic point midway to let everyone catch up.
