Seed Council: Planting Values

​🌱 Help us plant the foundations for the year ahead.

This is the first in a three-week series of Seed Council meetings, focused on surfacing and mapping the values that will guide OHM in 2025.

We’ll sprout a new prototype designed to identify the principles that matter most to our collective — laying the groundwork for how we live, work, and grow together in the year ahead.

In this session, we will:

​• Introduce the Seed Council roadmap and discuss plans for the month

​• Explore our value-mapping prototype for collecting community input

​• Open a discussion on shared values and begin nominating responses together

​After the meeting, the prototype will open to the broader community — inviting everyone to contribute values they believe are essential to OHM’s purpose, vision, and mission. In the following weeks, we’ll review, rate, and prioritise these together — generating a shared Value Map to guide OHM’s governance in 2025.

🌀 Future Seed Council sessions will be limited to those who joined from the beginning — not to exclude, but to honour continuity and protect the integrity of the circle.
