​Success in life and business is closely linked to your presence. Presence is the energy you bring into a space. Great leaders know how to channel it. You can learn to master the art of Powerful Presence by fully leveraging your own character.

​This workshop will welcome guest speaker Wynand Ferreira - actor and improvisation coach - who will share the tools performers use to Master a Powerful Presence.

​As change-makers, we are often presented with opportunities to share our missions in front of an audience (big or small). Whether it's in the meeting room, on stage, on screen, or in everyday interactions, you'll learn how to own the room and make a lasting impact.

​​​Martina and Ksenia are both pursuing successful careers in the space sector and have led projects with international clients across various industries to drive meaningful change.

​​We started this community to share our knowledge and support fellow change-makers who are looking to do more in their lives and for this world.

​​​Martina has spent the past decade building businesses across the space, finance, and energy sectors, ranging from concept to IPO stage, as a key member of the team or trusted advisor. She is also a TEDx speaker and an athlete.

​​​Ksenia is a mentor and entrepreneur who has helped over 200 space & tech professionals build their brands. She has spent 10+ years in communication and marketing in the oil & gas, space, and tech sectors.
