​About the panelists:
​With nearly a decade of experience in L&D, Tara Ryan-Tedford's journey began with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences across diverse industries and global teams. She designed award-winning programmes and leadership development initiatives that have driven growth and success for both individuals and organisations. She has recently transitioned into a L&D Leadership Role, where she leads a team of talented consultants who are not only award-winning but also deeply engaged and committed to continuous learning. In this role, Tara is expanding her impact, utilising her skills in stakeholder engagement, project and team leadership, and creative solution design to deliver tangible, lasting results. She’s dedicating this new chapter to pioneering innovative learning strategies. At AND Digital, her focus is on advancing learning and boosting engagement within the technology sector. She’s passionate about connecting with others, sharing insights, and continuing her own learning journey in an authentic way.
​Marc Prats is an L&D and employee engagement specialist and is passionate about helping people and organisations grow and thrive. Over the past few years, his work has focused on developing comprehensive learning and development and employee engagement strategies from the ground up. He make sure to consider business performance, psychological safety in the workplace, and supporting those in the early stages of their careers to reach their full potential. Over the course of his career, his skillset has been honed through various experiences in teaching, training, L&D, engagement, employee wellbeing, coaching and organisational psychology.
​Shaheen Hajira is an inclusive learning consultant and the founder of Taleem Consulting, where she helps organisations build learning programs that are not only effective but equitable, accessible, and inclusive. With a background in learning design, Shaheen's approach is deeply rooted in design thinking and focuses on creating sustainable, people-centered solutions that empower learners at every stage of their journey. With over 13 years in the L&D field, Shaheen has touched almost all aspects of L&D - from e-elearning to facilitation, to coaching to strategy and has done it across a range of organisations in private sector, higher education and consulting. A lifelong learner she is always learning and experimenting and believes in the value of being agile and figuring it out.
