2023 is near my dears 🤍
The new year is upon us and the first online yoga session to start the new year together, ground you well and first and foremost bring you closer to yourself.
We will set intentions, connect with the here and now and flow through a yoga flow to prepare together for all that is ahead.
The focus of the yoga session will be hip openers and very conscious movements to connect with your body and feel deeply into yourself.
