The word 'Yoga' was first mentioned in the Rig Veda and is one of the oldest sciences in the world. The art of Yoga has ever since been an intangible part of our lives.

This session is designed to help you explore the many benefits of yoga and end with a satisfying sense of gratitude, happiness and calm. The 60-minutes session includes:

10 minutes of Sukshma Vyayama

10 minutes of Surya Namaskar

20 minutes of Asana Flow

10 minutes of Yogic Breath, Nadi Shuddhi Pranayama

10 minutes of Gratitude Meditation

Benefits of Yoga

About your session guide

Avni, an advanced yoga teacher with an MSc in Yoga, will be conducting the session. She brings together philosophy, science, and practice in her sessions. She previously worked as a yoga therapist at VYASA Arogyadhama (an Alternative Healing Hospital). Here, patients with diseases like Arthritis, Schizophrenia, and Cancer came to get treatment with Ayurveda and Yoga. Her forte is highly advanced asana practice, where she breaks down complex philosophical concepts and jargon into practical and impactful lessons for the urban yogi in the 21st century.
