Meet the speaker, Chandni
Chandni strongly advocates body positivity and acceptance: loving and respecting your body is vital. She believes in following a holistic diet to meet all your health goals and vehemently opposes starving to lose weight. She completed her MSc in Food and Nutrition from Delhi University. She has worked at AIIMs, New Delhi as a researcher for four years and at the Nutrition Foundation of India.
