We’ve been busy working on our book, In Search of your Inner Bean. It has been a learning experience in so many ways and while it was born from a need to support patients in crisis in the ER, it has evolved into simple and effective exercises to help you get connected to yourself, make space for something new and create new pathways that you didn’t know were possible. The book is a way to get to know us, Nisha and myself, and our self discovery journey. 
Today’s mantra is  “You are exactly where you need to be. Right here, right now.”  
30 Day Challenge.  (Do this with a friend to keep you accountable) 
 Make a list of things you love, that make you feel good, that you appreciate. Write it out using a large bold marker and keep adding to the list everyday for a month. Display it where you can see it, to be reminded of them. 
Every Thursday night at 8pm ET, come reflect at  https://lu.ma/rollercoaster . We’re kicking it off tomorrow where you’ll get to share one positive thing and one thing you’d like to let go. Hello wonderful people, today concludes our Mindful March exercise! What we learned: Micro-doses of mindfulness activities, 15-20 minutes a day can be very effective for improving your wellbeing when practiced regularly, as we continue to test and curate the best experiences that fit our modern life. We're now researching how long it takes to perceive positive change, starting with a 7 day program that we hope you'll sign up for when it's announced.For those who attended our events, thanks for joining us! Were you able to spend a little more time on your wellbeing this past month? We would appreciate your feedback, even if you weren’t able to attend.Be Well,Healthero Team
