​Jake Sussman was the co-founder at Headway, which is a mental healthcare system that helps users have access to affordable healthcare. Prior to Headway, he was a product manager at 1stdibs.com and a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs. Jake is currently working on his newest venture, Rise, tackling the youth mental health crisis.

​Neetu Rajpal was the former CTO at Oscar Health, which provides health insurance on the ACA marketplace for ~1.3 million members in 20 states in the US. She led the team and the tech through the IPO and post IPO maturity curve. Previously, she was the CTO at Conductor, and a VP of Product at Microsoft.
