Founder of Artdom and former UN Women National Committee Goodwill Ambassador in Sweden (2014-2019), has dedicated over 13 years to amplifying women's stories through creative expression. Her groundbreaking initiative, Artdom, launched in 2016, breaks geographical and cultural barriers by pairing female artists from different countries to create collaborative artworks focused on themes of freedom, feminism, and equality.
Under Arghavan’s leadership, Artdom has facilitated partnerships between 50 artists across six countries, creating powerful visual narratives that transcend borders. The project has garnered significant recognition, with exhibitions inaugurated by notable figures including former Norwegian Minister of Culture Abid Q. Raja and Swedish Minister of Culture Amanda Lind. Each collaboration—from Sweden-Iran exploring "Freedom," to Norway-Pakistan examining "Feminism," and UK-India investigating "Equality"—has produced compelling artworks that serve as symbols of female empowerment and cross-cultural dialogue. Currently, Artdom is expanding its reach to include artists from the US and Cuba, exploring the theme of "Hope."

Born in Jamaica, I migrated to the U.S. at 16 to pursue higher education. My journey from those early days to now has been one of resilience, growth, and purpose. Stability found its way to me through a career in accounting, a profession that became a pillar during challenging times as a single mother. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to open a laundromat—which was not my first business—that later expanded into a thriving janitorial service, a business I have successfully run for 18 years. Through this experience, I found myself cleaning the very building we now occupy. It was here that I was able to negotiate a deal to create what is now The HUB @ Office Logic, where I discovered my true calling.
Today, as the Founder of The HUB @ Office Logic, a hybrid co-working space in Miami, I’ve created a place where innovation and community intersect—a place where I, and others like me, belong. The HUB has grown into a vibrant epicenter for small businesses, startups, and founders, built to support those who often go underestimated—the dreamers, the changemakers, and those determined to make a difference. My purpose is rooted in empowering underdogs, stabilizing their businesses so they can, in turn, uplift their teams and the wider community.
