​Our events start with what we call house rules, but think of them more as conversation liberators. The big one? No asking about job titles or where someone works. Sounds radical, right? It forces people to actually get curious about each other as humans first.

​Each event revolves around a theme and we bring in what we call thought provokers rather than typical speakers. These aren't people delivering polished presentations about their success stories. They're individuals who see the world differently and aren't afraid to challenge how you think about the topic at hand. We usually have two or three of them, each offering a completely different take on the same theme.

​After the thought provokers shake things up, the real magic happens in roundtable discussions and breakout sessions. We use conversation starter cards that dig deeper than surface-level chat, creating those moments where someone says something that genuinely makes you pause and think.
