Deon is the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Forethought, the leading agentic AI platform for customer experience. Under his leadership, Forethought has raised from top-tier investors and helped companies like Instacart and Carta transform support with AI. He previously built products at Facebook, Palantir, and Dropbox, holds multiple patents in machine learning, and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30.

Rochelle Mattern

Helped enterprises go from “What’s LLM?” to full agentic adoption. Rochelle led WW Field Sales Engineering at SambaNova, where she helped enterprise and government customers adopt LLM and multimodal AI systems at scale. She co-developed reference architectures and Responsible AI frameworks that accelerated PoV success. At SambaNova, she played a key role in expanding cloud inference adoption across strategic industries — onboarding tens of thousands of enterprise developers, including in central government AI deployments.

Tony Ko

Built AI practices before it was a slide on every board deck. Tony is the Founding Member and SVP of Customer & GTM at Qurrent, where he helps businesses unlock real value from AI. Previously, he was the Global Managing Director of AI at Slalom, where he built and led the firm’s global AI consulting practice — delivering high-impact enterprise solutions across industries. With 20+ years at the intersection of data, product, and GTM, Tony brings unmatched perspective on scaling AI in the real world.

Anna Yuan (moderator)

Turning founder scrappiness into Agentic Hyper-personalization AI for GTM teams. Anna is a 2x founder leading ScaleAgentic, an agentic platform for deploying hyper-personalized AI agents that learn, self-optimize, and take context-rich action across public and private data.
