Jannine Enricuso is an executive coach in San Francisco, with over a decade of experience in hospitality management. Her passion for leadership development and her personal experience with career transitions give her a unique perspective on the challenges faced in dynamic, often male-dominated environments. This background shapes her approach to coaching, which emphasizes resilience, self-trust, and defining success on one's own terms.
At her coaching practice, Ladies of The House, Jannine guides leaders in improving their communication, managing team dynamics, and setting boundaries that enhance both their well-being and career success. She works with clients at various stages of their careers, helping them to align their decisions with their values, take on their roles with confidence and authenticity, and drive meaningful change. Her coaching focuses on developing clarity, resilience, and balance, empowering her clients to overcome burnout and build careers and lives they love.
Dar Patel has over 15 years of experience leading teams and projects in consulting, tech, and finance. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA, equipping her with expertise in both human behavior and business strategy.
Dar's mission centers on empowering leaders and founders through holistic leadership coaching to achieve excellence. Her approach blends leadership development, team dynamics, and strategic growth, supported by ongoing learning in neuroscience and coaching practices. She excels in guiding clients through ambiguous situations to find clarity and direction.
Her philosophy emphasizes the connection between mindset and actions, advocating for innovative approaches and small, consistent steps toward large goals. Dar takes a client-centric approach, designing personalized strategies that drive significant and lasting progress.
