Jennifer Thomas is the founder of Rooted Connections, a leadership platform dedicated to supporting and empowering women in male-dominated industries. Recognizing a critical gap in leadership development, she created Rooted Connections to provide community-driven learning, strategic career development, and meaningful networking opportunities. Through this platform, she helps women navigate career growth, build confidence, and cultivate the leadership skills needed to thrive in a competitive industry.
With over 20 years of experience in the wine industry, Jennifer has held executive roles at leading companies such as John Anthony Wines and Spirits, Opici Wines and Spirits, and Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. She has successfully led national account strategies, expanded distribution across on- and off-premise channels, and developed data-driven sales initiatives. Her expertise includes strategic partnerships, private label program development, and leveraging insights to drive brand growth.
Jennifer’s deep industry knowledge, combined with her passion for leadership development, allows her to bridge the gap between career advancement and the evolving needs of women in their careers.

🚙 Parking
You can find metered parking on Civic Center Drive (around the corner from 407 N. Maple Drive) from 8 am - 6 pm. After 6 pm, there’s no charge.
Additionally, there’s underground parking available in the building for $25 per day.
