Over the last decade, I've turned that passion into a career, specializing in small businesses. With an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University and a SHRM-CP certification, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience.
But here's the thing: I'm not your typical HR consultant. I'm a community builder, a culture curator, and a creative leader. Whether I'm partnering with founders and CEOs to align business goals with their people or crafting innovative strategies that drive results, I bring a fresh face to HR.
