​Hailey George is the founder of Hailey George HR (HGHR), a people-first consulting firm on a mission to connect humans with the right resources—because when individuals are empowered, communities thrive. She brings over a decade of HR experience, including six years in executive leadership, and holds an MBA and SHRM-CP certification.

​After losing her job in early 2025, Hailey launched HGHR to reimagine career support with more clarity, culture, and connection. She now leads career workshops, consulting projects, and public events across the country.

​She’s also the co-founder of MesoMatchmaker, a culturally-rooted matchmaking service and live blind dating show that tours nationally. At the heart of everything she builds is one goal: helping people feel seen, supported, and strong enough to take their next big step.
