🎤 About Our Speaker
Jillian Barnes is a Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist through ACE and holds a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition from Simmons College in Boston, MA. She has completed education and holds certifications in Performance Nutrition, Prenatal/ Postnatal Fitness, Fitness during Pregnancy and Training Women For Optimal Strength and Performance.
During her early years of training, Jillian completed over 169 hours of education from the Equinox Fitness Training Institute before completing her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Arizona. Her 8+ years of expertise led her to be voted Best Personal Trainer in Boston by Boston Common Magazine in 2022.
