Her Career Story - Virtual Panel Discussion on What No One Tells You About Navigating Work as a Woman *members only
Join us for our Her Career Story - Panel Discussion on What No One Tells You About Navigating Work as a Woman featuring Her Workplace members Madison Escobar – Employee Experience Manager at Wix, Ashley Beudeker – Customer Success Manager at Chief, and Natalia Rodriguez – Operations Manager at Mischief.
We’ve all felt it...the meeting you leave feeling invisible, the feedback that hits harder than it should, the promotion that never came—with no real reason why.
There are the rules written in the handbook...And then there are the unspoken ones.
In his discussion, our panelists will share what no one prepares you for—from being the only woman in the room, to navigating burnout, to knowing when to speak up (or walk away).
💡 We’ll dive into:
The pressure to be perfect and polite—and how it holds us back
What it really means to “show up” in rooms not built for you
The emotional weight of being the go-to, the note-taker, the peacekeeper
How to rewrite the rules without risking your role
This is a space for real talk, shared wisdom, and the power of not having to figure it all out alone.
Whether you’re just starting out or leading a team, this is for you. Come for the stories. Stay for the solidarity.
