🎤 About Our Speakers:
Megan Obando is a Senior Associate in Global Technology Finance & Business Management at JPMorgan Chase, where she supports financial strategy and performance analysis across complex technology initiatives. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, she spent over four years at Wells Fargo in various finance and accounting roles, contributing to strategic planning, financial modeling, and cross-functional reporting efforts. Megan brings a sharp analytical lens, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building relationships in high-performing corporate environments. She is based in New York City and works in a hybrid capacity.
Alice Damonte brings 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations across consulting, tech, and venture capital — including leading one of McKinsey’s internal tech capabilities in People Analytics, working as a strategy consultant in McKinsey’s Milan office, and advising early-stage startups. She is a passionate mental health advocate, involved in McKinsey’s global Mental Health Initiative to drive more compassionate and innovative approaches to supporting colleagues worldwide. Alice holds an MBA in Organizational Psychology from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. Originally from Milan, Italy, she has lived in eight countries and now calls London home.
Christine McCoy is an HR strategist focused on leading global cross-functional initiatives that enhance the employee experience and drive business impact. She has experience across tech and consulting and has worked at companies including Carta, Accenture, and Deloitte. She is currently a Project Manager on Cloudflare’s People Team and based in San Francisco.
Sarah Polom is a sales leader with nearly seven years of experience at Toast, where she has played a key role in scaling and optimizing the company’s inbound sales development strategy. She began her journey at Toast as a Business Development Representative, advanced into an Inside Account Executive role, and later transitioned into Sales Development leadership. She now serves as a Senior Manager of Sales Development, leading a team of six managers and approximately 60 SDRs across multiple inbound channels. Sarah is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving pipeline growth, and developing both individual contributors and emerging leaders. She currently lives in Kennebunk, Maine with her husband and their 5-year-old golden retriever, DJ.
