One of our expert career coaches, Pauline Leung, will be joining us in person to introduce herself, share more about how she works with the Her Workplace network, and offer additional insights and guidance on career growth, job transitions, and leadership strategies.

Pauline Leung is a former Executive at L’Oréal with over 18 years of global experience spanning Europe, Asia, and the past decade in the United States.

Rising through the ranks from Marketing Intern to General Manager by the age of 30, and later transitioning into Human Resources, Pauline has firsthand experience navigating cultural complexities, career transitions, and uncovering the essence of true leadership.

She now blends science-backed strategies with her rich professional experience to help individuals optimize their energy, cultivate clarity, and build the leadership skills necessary to thrive—without compromising personal fulfillment or well-being.

🎤 About Our Founder & CEO

Marilynn Joyner started Her Workplace to provide brave and inclusive spaces, both in-person and virtually, to share stories, exchange knowledge, and build long-lasting relationships.

Throughout her career in the male-dominated industry of commercial real estate, Marilynn struggled to find easy access to career resources and networking opportunities outside of her organization. This challenge ignited her passion to build Her Workplace to better support women and non-binary professionals in the workplace.

Marilynn has spent over 12 years in commercial real estate brokerage working for top firms JLL and CBRE. She’s represented an array of Fortune 500 companies along with growing organizations.

After completing her MBA at both Columbia Business School and London Business School and her Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University, she embarked on building Her Workplace.
