Leeza Smith is an experienced Marketing Operations and Communications Manager in the EdTech industry, where she specializes in optimizing internal processes and developing clear, impactful communication strategies. With a background in project management and corporate storytelling, Leeza brings a thoughtful, organized, and collaborative approach to every initiative she leads.
In addition to her corporate role, Leeza is the writer and curator of Leeza Rants, a Substack newsletter that explores topics at the intersection of personal development, spirituality, and culture. Her writing offers thoughtful reflections that encourage authenticity, self-awareness, and connection.
Leeza is also the founder and host of Rant & Release, a series of community-centered discussion circles held virtually and in the Boston area. These gatherings provide a safe and supportive space for women to share their experiences, challenge limiting beliefs, and engage in meaningful dialogue.
