She specializes in helping teams leverage AI and high-impact freelance talent to scale critical initiatives, including Gen AI pilots, accelerated content production, and bridging skills gaps across product and marketing organizations.
At Upwork, Haley also serves as an internal ChatGPT strategist, designing prompt workflows for sales enablement, coaching teams on AI best practices, and transforming talent data into strategic insights.
