We'll meet at the Othership studio located at 23 West 20th Street in Flatiron - NYC
What to Bring:
Bathing suit
Water to stay hydrated *no glass
Othership provides towels, showers, and lockers
What to Expect:
Expect a sauna to sweat, ice bath to drop-in, towel-waving, aromatherapy, breathwork, periods of complete darkness, sound healing instruments, sharing, and loud vocal release. ✨
Registration:
After you register, you'll receive an email with a link to register for the complimentary class through Othership.
Registration opens on August 9th
You must be registered for the class through Othership to attend.
When you arrive, please find our Community Engagement Committee Member, Tyshaia Earnest in the main area who will bring all Her Workplace members together before class.
