Connecting Founders for What’s Next

We hope you can join us for our opening dinner!

An invitation-only dinner series for seasoned builders, founders, and operators. Proudly inspired by Andrew Yeung's "Junto Dinner Series". Delta Dinners aims to inspire connection, curation and change (delta = Change)

Each dinner gathers just 20 handpicked guests—those who’ve scaled, exited, or are deep in the trenches of high-growth ventures. Every 6 weeks, We gather at a private dining space in inner Melbourne—warm lighting, candlelit tables, curated plated courses and a setting designed to feel more like a founder’s living room than a networking event. Phones away, guards down, minds open.

On our guest list:

  • Founders with $1M+ in revenue or successful exits, IPOs and ASX listings.

  • C-suite operators from scaleups and high-growth startups

  • VCs, angels, and builders who play long-term games

  • Innovators, change-makers, 30 Under 30s, and emerging thought leaders

  • People who lead with clarity, depth, and intention

Meet your hosts:

Amber Main - is a serial founder, community builder, and event host with a background that defies convention.

She dropped out of high school at 16, spent six years working in childcare, and later pursued a degree in biomedical science — all while navigating personal upheaval, including experiencing homelessness and DV during the COVID-19 pandemic. Between university lectures and long nights scrubbing toilets to get by, she built the resilience and clarity that now define her work.

Three years on, Amber owns multiple companies, hosts a podcast, and runs events across Australia. She’s the founder of Ambient Home Group, a high-growth boutique home services company, and the creator of LikeMinded. "Building Melbourne's Silicon Valley brick by brick" ⚡️

Fraser Greenfield - is an award winning industrial designer recognised for his emphasis on sustainable and recyclable design practices. He has collaborated with clients across packaging, automotive, and consumer goods industries, focusing on creating products that are both functional and environmentally conscious. With former clients incurring Amazon, Aesop and Schott. Fraser’s commitment to innovative design was acknowledged when he was named among the Australian Design Review’s 30 Under 30 alumni. Beyond his design work, he co-hosts the ‘REDACTED’ podcast, engaging in candid conversations with fellow designers about their experiences and challenges in the industry, and how they overcame them.

If you have been personally invited, please ensure you RSVP asap. Once you have been accepted, please submit the questions sent to you no later than 10/05 to confirm your place due to high demand.
