As a role that requires high cross-functional alignment and combines the experience of Product, Customer Success, or Program Management it may be something you’re considering pivoting into. We'll be joined by Diana Soler, Senior Product Operations Manager at AppDirect, and Layla Lynn, Product Operations Manager at KAYAK for this event.

Diana started her career in Business Development as a Market Manager overseeing the expansion of Latin America for Luxury Retreats - the world's largest luxury vacation rental. When the company was acquired by Airbnb, Diana decided to pivot her career towards business operations and became Program Manager of Host Success standing up leading a small team of customer success specialists for Airbnb Luxe. After 4 years of Program Managing, Diana pivoted once again changing roles and industries and in early 2021, took on the challenge of building and leading Product Operations at AppDirect, a leading subscription commerce platform.

Layla is a Product Manager, Designer, Frontend Developer, Optimization Specialist, and proud member of the Forbes 30 Under 30 Class of 2020. She was formerly the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of AceUp, a startup that provides a B2B SaaS platform for companies to connect high-quality, vetted professional executive coaches with their employees to work on professional goals & leadership competencies. Ready for a change after 6 years of entrepreneurship and Product Management, Layla made her return to corporate life in 2021 and accepted the exciting new opportunity to craft and lead Product Operations at KAYAK, the world’s leading travel search engine.
