​As we mark an incredible year of crafting, creativity, and community, we invite you to spin the wheel of fun in our joyful and vibrant studio.

​Whether you're a complete beginner, a taster session enthusiast, or a seasoned student, this session is a pottery party for everyone!

​Our "Have a Hoon on the Wheel" event is where creativity meets the clay. We begin with a demonstration, then pass the baton to you. It's the perfect pit stop 🙌 Open to All Levels:

• ​🔍 Absolute Beginners: Get a feel for the clay—no pressure, all play!

• ​🔄 Seasoned Crafters: Design and make a piece that's all you.

• ​🎓 Clay Virtuosos: Tackle new projects, refine techniques, and maybe teach us a thing or two!

​- 📦 Clay Galore: You get 3 pieces of clay to let your creativity spin wild.

​- 🔥 Firing Included: Choose ONE of your best creations for firing on us, with options to fire additional pieces for a small fee.

​- 🎨 Glazing Options: We’ll glaze your chosen piece, or you can add your own personal touch at one of our Open Studio events.

​- 👩‍🏫 Expert Guidance: Our skilled instructors will be there to give a brief demo and provide hands-on assistance, making it a fun and educational experience.

​- 🥳 Playful and Welcoming Atmosphere: Celebrate our studio's birthday in a setting that's all about joy and creative freedom.

​ 🛠️ Your Session Journey:

​1. 🎈 Festive Kickoff: We start with a brief demo, perfect for beginners or as a refresher for the returnees.

​2. 🏺 Wheel Time: Then it's your turn! Shape, mold, and create with your pieces of clay.

​3. 🤔 Experiment or Intent: Feel free to simply play and practice, or work on a specific project.

​4. 🌈 Mixing and Mingling: Enjoy the company of fellow pottery enthusiasts in a celebratory environment.

​5. 🎁 Special Treat for Returnees: Returning students get a special discount as a thank you for being part of our journey.

​Terms & Conditions

​​​​​Clay, tools, and firing fees are included in classes unless otherwise stated.

​​​​​Refund Policy

​​​​​If you need to cancel your class for any reason please contact us ASAP so that we may attempt to assist you in finding a replacement for your seat in the class. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee refunds unless:

​​​​​A full refund (minus $25 administration fee) will be given if you cancel 3 weeks prior to the class start.

​​​​​A 50% refund will be given if you cancel 2 weeks prior to a class starting. (or a full refund if a replacement can be found)

​​​​​No refund will be given if your cancellation occurs within 1 week of the class starting date unless a suitable replacement can be found.

​​​​​Non-attendance

​​​​​If you are unable to make a class for personal reasons, bad weather, or illness, we do not offer refunds.

​​​​​Karla Marie Ceramics Limited reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrolment. A full refund will be issued if this is the case.

​​​​​Karla Marie Ceramics Limited reserves the right to change the tutor stated for the class at any given time, however, we will endeavour to let students know ahead of time.
