Happy Hormones Yoga is a specially designed and very specific sequence of yoga poses with breathing and visualisation techniques.  The yoga sequence balances your hormones by stimulating the glands responsible for producing them:  ovaries, thyroid, pituitary, and adrenal. The practice is a series of traditional yoga asanas in which we practice a vigorous stimulating breathing practice. The results are real and impressive.
