​In this 3rd episode of NamefiSOP, we want to chat about remote work! Victor started Namefi as a fully remote work company. Sam is a cofounder and GP of BloccelerateVC, which is also highly remote-based. We want to talk about our challenges and learning in building a company while remote. Is it an advantage? Is it a myth? Recently, Amazon called everyone to return to the office. Eric Schmidt, in his Stanford sharing, mentioned Google’s early days succeeded because people worked hard, and he correlated such hard work with going into the office.
