Join us for a 5-part series on Decision Architecture. We'll cover multiple topics around explicit, systematic decision making in teams and organizations including actionable tools & techniques.

This event is exclusive to Uncertainty Project subscribers and will be a live event only - we will not be sharing the recordings. The focus is more on live discussion and meeting like-minded people in the community!

Session 3: Decision Making and Uncertainty

  • Intuition vs. Rational choices

Session 4: Strategic Decision Making  

  • Sense making: Shared decisions about the world around the org (and within the org)

  • Direction: Bold decisions that choose a path

  • Roadmaps: Refining decisions to enable planning

  • Learning: Revisiting decisions based on new information, feedback, and insights

Session 5: Getting Started with Decision Architecture 

  • Introduce the “360 Strategy” framework, with an emphasis on decision making

    • Discuss how to “decide how to decide” within a strategy framework

  • Introduce David Ullman’s “Decision Architecture Assessment”
