🔰About Us
Hack4Bengal is a hackathon focused on encouraging innovation and creativity in the technology space, specifically in the region of West Bengal, India.
This year, Hack4Bengal has collaborated with the Cyber Security Centre of Excellence, Department of Information Technology and Electronics, Government of West Bengal to support our efforts to foster the hackathon spirit in West Bengal. This collaboration will provide all our hackers with exposure to industry members and opportunities to interact with them. The event is targeted to host 550+ hackers in our venue.
During the event, participants will be able to work on real-world problems, develop new skills and techniques related to software development, design, and entrepreneurship, and collaborate with like-minded individuals in a team setting. This time Hack4Bengal is back to leverage expertise in the offline mode with 36 Hours in-person Hackathon.

🤝You as our Evangelist
Being a Hackathon Evangelist, you will be part of Promoting the Idea, spreading the awareness about the event and the perks of problem solving they can be a part of to take part in dealing with the real life problems. Your responsibilities will include Promoting the Event, Managing your Community people who will be interested to be a part of this event. The perks and swags for you will be a cherry on the top of Networking.

🤔Who can become a Hackathon Evangelist❓
Anyone with a passion for hackathons and a desire to promote them can become a hackathon evangelist.
Have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and creativity.
The individual must be a resident of India.
Possess an intense enthusiasm for the local communities and the determination to make the event successful.
Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or social media management is also beneficial.
💪Responsibilities
Establish Connection:
To establish a connection between he Hack4Bengal team and the students in your community.
Outreach:
Assist us in expanding the outreach of Hack4Bengal by leveraging your social media presence, engaging with community members, and encouraging as many registrations as possible from within your community.
Encourage Community:
Encourage the community around you to participating in Hack4Bengal.
Share:
Share the content posted in socials among your peers.

Active Support to the event:
The evangelist must ensure that his/her social accounts are used to promote the event when requested by the event organizers of Hack4Bengal
Confidentiality:
As evangelist, the representative may be made aware of the information before it is made available to the general public. In all cases, unless specified, anything shared with the representative is confidential and must not be revealed to entities not associated with the event.
