This month, I have room in my schedule to take on 4 new clients so I’m offering free, 30-minute Intro Sessions where you can learn the basics of practice and see if my approach is right for you.

I teach YOGABODY style, a fitness-based approach for strength, mobility, weight loss, and stress management. Oh, and my classes are fast-paced and fun.
