You'll learn to peel back the layers of your workshop plans to discover what truly makes them tick—and how to make them resonate more deeply with your audience!

About the host
Hi, I'm Tom Goulooze. I'm a facilitator and experience designer with 250+ sessions under my belt across lots of companies. Mostly for WeTransfer, but I've worked for Spotify, PWC, Netflix & Lego.
I am also the Kaospilot partner for the Netherlands, teaching professionals on experience design through multi-day programs.
