​A Silent Meditation Weekend with Stephan Pende Wormland 

​​​Location: Teach Bhríde, Tullow, Co. Carlow

​​Date: Friday, 3rd October to Sunday, 5th October.

​​Time: Registration between 4pm to 6pm on Friday. Retreat closes at 1pm on Sunday, followed by lunch.

​​About the retreat

​Join us for a weekend of stillness, silence, and presence in the beautiful and serene setting of Teach Bhríde. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with the silent source within - what we truly are beyond roles, identities, and stories.

​Through silent sitting and walking meditations, gentle guidance, and spaciousness, we are invited to:

​ • Rest into awareness of awareness

​ • Nurture ourselves in silence

​ • Return to the simplicity of just being

​ • Find peace in the presence of now

​ • Reconnect with the stillness that is always here

​As mindfulness teachers, the greatest gift we can offer others is our own presence and self-love. This retreat supports you in deepening that gift - by truly being with yourself, as you are, with kindness and awareness.

​About Stephan

​Stephan has dedicated over 40 years to the practice and teaching of meditation and nondual wisdom. With a background in both Eastern contemplative traditions and Western psychotherapy, he offers a unique blend of depth and clarity. He is known for his warm presence, precise guidance, and ability to support people in experiencing effortless being and profound inner stillness.

​Booking Process: A €100 deposit is required and completion of application form. Balance to be paid by September 5th 2025.

​MTAI cancellation policy:
All fees should be paid in full one month prior to the event. Refunds can be provided up to 14 days in advance of the event. Thereafter, a refund will be provided only in the case that the place can be filled by someone else.
