Welcome to BARE WELLNESS’S June meetup: HOT GIRL HIIT in the park hosted by BARE & RENEE ZEAGAS 🌞

We are beyond excited to have Renee leading our HOT GIRL HIIT, get ready to start your morning the hot girl way—sweat, sunshine, and serious endorphins. 

Renee, originally from the Bay Area, brings over 6 years of experience in the health + wellness world. certified in HIIT, barre, pilates, hot yoga, and massage therapy, she’s all about helping you feel your best—inside and out. Her vibe? upbeat, driven, and always down for a challenge (with good music + better energy).

We are so excited to connect and sweat with you and others in the area excited about wellness, aesthetics & community. 

All you need is your yoga mat & water bottle. Everyone is welcome (all fitness levels & not just the hot girls) let’s start the day by getting our workout in with good company & good vibes!
