Denis Cranstoun, Director, Oberon Securities
Denis is a Director, bringing over 15 years of investment banking and corporate development experience, having advised Media, Technology and Tech-Enabled Services executives on 20+ M&A, debt, and equity transactions exceeding $4 billion in aggregate value, as well as on a number of strategic growth initiatives. Denis earned his MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University; a Master’s in Media Management / Integrated Marketing Communications and a BA in Pre-Med from the University of South Carolina.
Scott Behar, Partner, Morrison Foerster LLP
Scott Behar is a corporate partner focusing on complex M&A transactions for technology companies. Scott represents public and private technology companies in a range of strategic transactions, including mergers, stock acquisitions, asset acquisitions, carve-outs and divestitures. He regularly advises on both the buy-side and sell-side, and has significant cross-border experience.
