About Event

Calling all startup founders, corporate deal makers, and early-stage investors: here’s your chance to learn what winning negotiating strategies and terms look like for deals and exits under $100 million. Whether you're preparing for an exit or simply want to build a business that attracts acquirers, this event will arm you with the knowledge to confidently engage in M&A conversations and protect your interests throughout the process.

At this panel–hosted by Morrison Foerster LLP x NYU Tandon Future Labs – you'll get insights from seasoned founders, legal experts, and M&A advisors who’ve navigated successful small to mid-market deals.

We’ll be going over how to position your company for acquisition, different deal structures, and how to negotiate favorable terms while avoiding common pitfalls. Real-world case studies and candid panel discussions will offer transparency into valuation drivers, acquirer psychology, and how to approach buyers before you're ready to sell.
