This 3.25-hour immersive experience is designed to help you release what’s holding you back, reframe limiting beliefs, and build the mental, emotional, and physical strength to step into your highest potential. Through guided breathwork, movement, and deep self-inquiry, you’ll develop the tools to regulate stress, optimize your AM & PM, expand your mindset, and step into the version of yourself that operates with clarity and confidence.

🕠 5:30 PM – 5:45 PM: Arrive & Settle In – Check in, get ready, and prepare for an evening of growth and challenge.

🧘‍♂️ 5:45 PM – 7:00 PM: Reframe & Rise Workshop – Learn reflective and practical tools to manage stress and build calm in the chaos. Learn how to optimize your AM routine and PM routine to build momentum day by day, week by week, stepping into your elevated self. 

🥊 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: HIIT Boxing Class – A high-intensity workout designed to push your physical limits and reconnect with your body’s strength.

🌿 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Integration & Recovery – Unwind, connect with the community, and enjoy **smoothies and food from Brasa Peruvian** to refuel after your efforts.
