Since stepping away from agency life in 2020, Holly has completed an EMBA, co-founded two further businesses and now coaches founders and creatives to build businesses that work for them. She’ll guide us through how to build processes that support growth, flexibility, and creativity. You’ll learn what systems can (and can’t) do, how to identify the ones you actually need across marketing, finance, and admin, and how to plan your time to make meaningful progress, without burning out.
