​Our Cycles, Our Lives

​We all have a story about our menstrual cycle — a story that too often remains untold, or one that exists without words, waiting to be explored.

​Having a cycle is an experience we share with more than half the world’s population. Yet, we’ve been conditioned to believe our experiences aren’t worth exploring and should be kept to ourselves.

​Our Cycles, Our lives is a community journaling session to give a voice to what’s been left unspoken, showing our stories are worth being told. Together, we’ll explore, write, and share to reflect on how our experiences with our cycle are part of our lives.
