​The idea is that one person comes with a specific challenge or problem, and a bunch of us hop on a call to give feedback, advice and support.

​The amazing thing about them is that whilst the person in the hot seat is having their problem solved, everyone else in the session is also learning.

​Every session we've come away with tips, stories, frameworks and advice that we can apply to our own lives.

​It's also a fab way to meet more folks in the community too.

​When one of us learns, we all benefit. What a cool system!!

​In 2024, one of my big projects will be to launch a new portal for team builders/facilitators. It will include downloads of my favorite activities and videos where I talk through how I use those activities, quarterly “Ask Me Anything” Zoom sessions, discounts on the products I’ve developed, links to other products I endorse, and a Slack community where people can share ideas, resources, and collaborate.

​I would like to talk through building this out! I'd rather talk through my mistakes than actually make my mistakes :)
