​This day will celebrates the art of delivering lovely and human experiences. We will be learning new skills in workshops and learning from experts in Switzerland and around the world.

​The event will be hosted in Siders, in the middle of the Swiss Alps.

​As an on-site participant you can choose to join one of two workshops:

​This workshop will be lead by Emmanuel Fragnière and the team of the HES-SO Service Design Lab.

​Storytelling Insights for Service Design

​This workshop will be lead by Daniele Catalanotto of the Swiss Innovation Academy.

​The event will be held in the theatre used by the Service Design Lab of the HES-SO Valais to prototype new experiences.

​All the proceeds generated from the sale of tickets will be donated to an NGO that is actively working in the social sector.
