​This afternoon's conference celebrates the art of delivering lovely and human experiences. We will be hosting talks from experts in Switzerland and around the world.

​The event will be hosted in Siders, in the middle of the Swiss Alps.

​This ticket is for the onsite experience. If you are joining us from outside of Switzerland, you can join us remotely for free.

​The event will be held in the theatre used by the Service Design Lab of the HES-SO Valais to prototype new experiences.

​All the proceeds generated from the sale of tickets will be donated to an NGO that is actively working in the social sector.
