Join us for a special wellness afternoon on HOW TO OPTIMIZE YOUR GUT HEALTH with holistic nutrition health coach Meghan Swidler to learn how to adopt a plant-forward food routine, reduce your digestive distress, increase your energy and vitality, boost your mental health, and regain your confidence!

If you are completely overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition information, feel helpless, and don't know where to begin to feel better, Meghan will eliminate the noise and give you the answers through this dedicated workshop. You will complete the workshop being totally ready to take control of your health without having to constantly worry and obsess about painful and/or uncomfortable physical symptoms (i.e. gas, bloating, irregular bowel movements, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain, low energy, sluggishness/fatigue, acne, etc.) that you're currently experiencing on a daily basis without any resolution in sight.
