The Breathing Conspiracy are dynamic group breathwork sessions to help you train your nervous system and optimize  your biochemistry safely and effectively.  

Benefits include- deeper sleep, stress reduction, enhanced energy and greater focus. A perfect session for people wanting to reset, shake things up and go deep within.   

1 hour classes consisting of movement, breathwork practices (from yoga and beyond) into meditation.

Please where comfortable clothing, avoid food, sugar or caffeine immediately before each session and maybe bring some blankets or pillows for comfort.

*Disclaimer- Please consult your medical advisor before undertaking any new yoga/exercise regime. Some breathing practices are not appropriate for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, epilepsy, have suffered from a stroke or are pregnant.
