About Event

Finance Therapy Circle, where financial wellness meets mental health.  It's 2025 and we're brining in collaborators to enhance our healing!

Meet our January co-host, Heema Shah.

Hi! I’m Heema, a neuroscience consultant and Reiki practitioner who’s passionate about helping people feel their best—inside and out. I combine my understanding of how the brain works with the calming, restorative power of Reiki to create experiences that are both insightful and deeply relaxing.

For this session, I’ll kick things off with a short grounding practice to help everyone settle in. After the circle sharing, we’ll wrap up with a blend of guided and self-guided Reiki techniques—think of it as a recharge for your mind and body! Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that clears the clutter, restores balance, and leaves you feeling refreshed and centred.

I believe in keeping things simple, approachable, and human—so you can expect a session that feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely supportive.

I am an Associate Member of the Royal Society of Medicine, a Professional Member of the British Neuroscience Association and the Applied Neuroscience Association, and a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals


As always, this is a safe and accessible space to explore your relationship with money.

Facilitated by Jaskiran Mangat, the circle offers a sanctuary for discussing all things money and its impact on our life, love, work, wellbeing and more.

The community is full of wisdom and experts from all walks of life, often sharing guidance and advice on the topics that surface during the session. This is a great opportunity to build network and community.

What to expect: We'll engage in a little group therapy, via a guided somatic practice to regulate our nervous systems and then open the circle to share, listen and reflect.

What to prepare: You don't need to prepare anything, just bring yourself and anything you need to help yourself feel comfortable and safe.
