Johnny is the Co-Founder and Director of Partnerships & Operations at Silverside AI, where he oversees the company’s client engagements, technology partnerships, and operational infrastructure. He works closely with both emerging AI startups and iconic global brands to drive creation, adoption, and implementation of cutting-edge tools that elevate content, streamline workflows, and reshape marketing ecosystems. Prior to Silverside, Johnny played a key role on the Business Development team at Pereira O’Dell, helping to secure and grow partnerships with brands like IHOP, Empower, Midea, Quip, and The Nature Conservancy. Outside of his work at Silverside AI, Johnny sits on the American Board of Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, the country’s largest private university. In this role, he focuses on raising funds to provide underprivileged students with access to higher education and supports the university in marketing and technical implementation efforts, bridging his passions for technology and education.
