​Taylor A. Martin is a Cosmetic Scientist and Project Manager. She attended Xavier University of Louisiana and continued her education at CUNY QC to obtain a M.S in Biochemistry and became a Gen Chem Adjunct Lecturer prior to gaining several years of experience in the beauty industry. Taylor worked as a bench chemist for top brands at Estee Lauder Companies. She currently manages the commercialization space and new product development at Bath & Body Works. Taylor values community service and gives back by leading Beauty Industry Career Days at a local NYC High School and being the co-founder of a networking group Behind the Scenes of Black Beauty.
