Connecting Dots Breakfast Series: Women in Fleet & NAFA

​Some of the best conversations at conferences don’t happen in crowded expo halls or formal networking sessions—they happen in smaller, more intimate settings where people can actually talk.

​That’s exactly the idea behind this breakfast.

​I’m hosting this for a small group of women in fleet—no panels, no pitches, no big agenda. Just a long table, strong coffee, and real conversations about the work we’re doing, the challenges we’re navigating, and the relationships that make this industry better.

​Inspired by the Turkish breakfasts I grew up with—where you sit for hours around a table full of small plates and big stories—this breakfast is meant to slow us down and bring us closer together. It’s a space to be candid, ask hard questions, and connect beyond business cards and LinkedIn profiles.

​This is a private, invite-only gathering, so the table is intentionally small. No plus-ones, no open RSVPs—just a curated group of thoughtful women across different roles and backgrounds.
