We set up this workshop initially for the participants of our Mentorship Program, but thought it was a topic so relevant that we decided to open it up to all members of our WVSEA Community!
For this workshop, we're diving deep into a topic that's equal parts art, strategy, and self-worth: Negotiation.
Whether you’re asking for a raise, navigating carry, pitching for a new role, or just trying to back yourself more — negotiation is part of the game. But let’s be honest: most of us were never taught how to do it well.
👋 Meet Lika Petitt - she's the founder of First Point Partners, a recruitment firm focused on VC and growth equity across Europe and Asia, and also holds a Masters in Neuroscience and Psychology.
