​​If you're treating lower-limb injuries or runners in 2024, come join our 5km run!

​Join us on a group run around the waterfront of the Christianshavns Vold. The 5km route starts and finishes at the Radisson Blu Hotel foyer, where our team will welcome you. The group runs are "no-drop", meaning we will all run together at the pace of the slowest runner. You can try our accurate and convenient running gait analysis software. Afterward, you will receive a personal report on your weakest link and some example exercises to improve it.

​ITINERARY

​If you selected Timeslot 1:

• ​Arrive at the meeting point at 07:15 AM:

• ​We start running together at 07:30 AM and finish around 08:00 AM.

​If you selected Timeslot 2:

• ​Arrive at the meeting point at 08:15 AM:

• ​We start running together at 08:30 AM and finish around 09:00 AM.

​INSTRUCTIONS

​STEP 1: Before the group run, download the Runeasi Runner - Remote Coach app on your mobile phone. (The correct APP download link will be provided to you closer to the event).

​STEP 2: Meet at the Radisson Blu Hotel lobby dressed warm and ready to run, where our team will be ready to welcome you. Bring your mobile phone with you as you will need it for pairing to the RunEasi wearable device we will provide to you. Follow the instructions in the RunEasi app you downloaded to get started. You can keep your phone on you while you run or hand it to one of our team members to keep it safe.

​STEP 3: After the run, end the session in the Runeasi app and hand in your RunEasi wearable device. Come and collect your RunEasi personalized running gait report at our congress booth during the coffee breaks.
